Your site is slow, dated, and costing you customers you never hear about. I rebuild it as one fast system - the site, the hosting, the quote form, the bookings - that search engines and AI assistants actually find, and that you own outright. I build first. You pay when you love it.
One price: $2,500 · nothing to pay until you're happy · 3 builds a month
Proof first
A real Australian trade business, scored by the most widely used public website test, before and after I rebuilt it. Both reports are public. Check them yourself.

Same business, same content, same photos. The only thing that changed was who built the site. Ten times faster, and now every AI assistant people ask for "an air-con guy near me" can find it.
In their words
The message he sent the morning it went live, before I'd asked for anything
"Man, that is so easy! Thanks Luke! I'm impressed. Now for my end of the bargain. Where would you like me to send the testimonial?"
Mal · owner, Newair Controls · Albury Wodonga
The testimonial he sent after
"We started business in the mid nineties. As time went by, the decision was made to have a website. 'It will generate its own income,' they said. After languishing for years without any attention, I employed someone to rebuild my website. This also sat unloved for many years. The problem has been that I'm not one to know or understand how to adjust or improve our website. In short, that sort of thing bores me to tears.
A few weeks ago I saw a comment on a page I follow by Luke that went something like this: 'Problems with your website? Let me rebuild it.' So I contacted him. The next morning, it was done! Even better, I can easily change anything in a few minutes. It's a game changer for me. No confusing programs to learn or deal with. Just log in, do the typing, click save and log out. Three minutes later it's live with the new info.
Through the process, Luke kept me updated and it was a really quick process. I would recommend Luke for your web design needs."
Mal · owner, Newair Controls · Albury Wodonga · the site
From the second owner, sent after handover
"Lucas made the process really simple.
I was overwhelmed by so many options out there and yet the options out there are so disappointing. I've dealt with Australian agencies and web developers in the past, and they make things even harder, and when they hand you back the website they don't hand you the keys, but when you want to move away from their services/agency, they take the foundation and house your website is built on, but give you the keys finally - but you now own the keys to the house they removed.... Which is your website. For them they want you locked into their agency so you keep paying them and if you walk away they make it hard.
So what I really liked about this, is that I had a fully functional website very quickly, and something that represents my brand."

Store rebuild
Rapideze, a family-made essential-oils brand in the Whitsundays. Their store stayed on Shopify; I rebuilt the whole theme from scratch so it looks like the product deserves. Design credit with the owners' permission.

Site rescue
Seaworthy Engineering, marine rigging blocks made in Mandurah WA since 1995. The old site went dark when the domain lapsed. Same products, same photos, new site: 62 to 100 on the standard mobile test. Goes live on their domain this week.

The offer
Everything a service business needs to get found, get called and get booked. Tradies, clinics, consultants, coaches: if your site's job is enquiries, this is the build. One build. One builder. Yours. Here's every piece, and what you'd pay for each one on its own.

The price, side by side
The same scope an agency quotes, row for row, so you can see exactly where the difference comes from.
Why the gap? An agency quote carries staff, offices and account managers. I own the servers, build with serious automation behind me, and there's nobody between you and the person doing the work. Same result, a fraction of the cost to produce.
Sell products online? That's a different build: the Sells-While-You-Sleep Store from $4,500 list ($1,500 founding, first 3). Ask in the form and I'll tell you straight which one you need.
I'm buying case studies. The first ten More-Customers Sites are the proof this page runs on, so you pay a fifth of list and I get a before-and-after for the ledger above and a sentence from you when it's done. Three are taken. When ten are gone, it's $2,500, and it stays there.
Risk reversal
Three guarantees, all in writing. The first one is the whole deal.
You don't pay until you're happy. I build first; you pay when you love the result. If you don't, you walk away owing nothing. No conditions, no fine print.
On the care plan, your site holds 98-100 on the standard public tests - speed, search, accessibility, best practice and AI findability - or that month is free. The scores are public. Check them any day you like.
The site is yours. Domain in your name from day one, full source files any time, no exit fee, no lock-in. Host it yourself for nearly nothing, or let me carry it. Both doors stay open forever.
A business site fits on the free tiers. Paid by nobody. No platform fee, no markup, no middleman.
Registered in your name, renewed by you. The only fixed cost of running the site.
To be clear: the site is cheap to run, I'm not free. The care plan covers hosting and upkeep, security and updates, monitoring that alerts me before you notice, and the 100-Point Guarantee. Cancel any time. Skip it and you still own everything.
Why me
Every website most owners have ever paid for was rented. The platform, the plugins, the "maintenance": a subscription each, with your business as the hostage. I got sick of it years ago and rebuilt every one of them for my own store, askluke.tech, until it ran completely self-hosted for free. That's the exact stack I build for you now. It's why hosting is $0 and why you own everything, in writing.
I'm not an agency reselling someone else's product. I run my business on this stack every day, so if it breaks, it breaks on me first. And I sell for a living, so your words get written by someone who sells (I'm an Autonomy Graduate). Don't take my word for it. Every site above has a real owner with a real phone number. Ring any of them and ask what it was like to work with me. Then remember the three guarantees: the only money at risk is mine.
No account manager. No middlemen. You deal with the person who builds it.
Start here
Fifteen minutes, free. You tell me what the site needs to do for the business, I tell you straight whether this is the right build and when I can start. Pick a time and it's in both our calendars.
Pick a time ↗Not ready to talk? Send me your site. I'll run it through the standard tests and send back your real scores, what's wrong, and what it would take to fix. No pitch, no obligation. You keep the report either way.

Fair questions
Really. Mal's site was done the next morning. The build is a system I've done before, with serious automation behind it, not a blank page. What takes the time is on your side: sending me your photos, services and phone number, and getting me access to the domain. Do that on Monday and you're live by the weekend at the latest. I take on 3 builds a month, so the start date depends on the queue, which is one more reason the free audit is the right first step.
Because the price you pay an agency mostly covers the agency: staff, offices, account managers. I own the hosting, build with heavy automation behind me, and do the work myself. Same scope, a fraction of the cost to produce. It's not a cheaper site. It's the same site without the overhead.
Yes. Pay up front, I build, we iterate until you love it, then going live is one small change. Paying early keeps the Happy-First Guarantee: full refund until you're happy, no conditions. Pick "Just a question" in the form and say so.
Not this build. A store needs payments, orders and stock, so it's a different build: the Sells-While-You-Sleep Store from $4,500 list ($1,500 founding, first 3), or the Grow-Without-Limits Store at $7,500 for live stock, customer accounts and a catalogue with no ceiling. Send the form and I'll tell you straight which one you need, including when the smaller one is all you need.
You do, from day one: the domain is registered in your name, and you have a standing right to a full copy of every file, no exit fee. While you're on a care plan I hold the technical keys and carry the responsibility that comes with them, so you can't break your website at 11pm and nobody who phishes your email gets your website with it. If we ever part ways, everything transfers to you, working, with a walkthrough.
You don't need it. Skip it and you still own everything: take the files and host the site yourself on the same free tiers, paying only your domain renewal. The care plan is for people who'd rather not think about it: I carry the hosting, security, updates and monitoring, and the 100-Point Guarantee means the month is free if your scores ever slip. Cancel any time.
Then you don't pay. That's the Happy-First Guarantee, and it applies even if you paid up front: full refund until you're happy, no conditions. I only get paid for sites people love, which is exactly the incentive you want your builder to have.
Make sure they find you, and not the next name on the list. Live within a week of sending me your content. You don't pay until you're happy. Seven founding slots left, then it's $2,500 and it stays there.
